Day 24 Usually, I go to bed no later than 10 PM and wake up at 6 AM. However, yesterday I went to bed at 1 AM because I wanted to finish something urgently. Unfortunately, I couldn’t complete it because I misjudged the time, so I went to bed frustrated. It took me a long time to fall asleep because I was so dissatisfied with myself. Since this morning, I’ve been feeling exhausted, as if a car ran over me. My body feels weak, I have difficulty concentrating, and I’ll be relieved when this day is over. It’s surprising how lacking sleep can have such an impact. Today, it’s particularly challenging for me to accomplish my daily to-dos. But it needs to be done, and I’m sure tomorrow will be easier!
